	Directive 2002/95/CE, known as RoHS (which is the acronym for "Restriction of Hazardous Substances") is a directive from the European Union (EU) that restricts the use of six substances - Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) ans Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) - in new electrical and electronic equipment that are placed on the market by July 1, 2006. ELANTAS Camattini S.p.A. does not use such substances in its productive cycle and uses only 'RoHS free' raw material: therefore ELANTAS Camattini S.p.A. sells an entire range of 'RoHS free' products suitable for electrical & electronic market.
	ELANTAS Camattini SpA has received RINA certification for our "wet-lay-up" epoxy system EC152/W152HR EC152/W152XLR and for "infusion system" EC157/W152XLR. The use of epoxy resins in composite parts brings advantages in terms of high mechanical performance , lightweight, low emission V.O.C. (volatile organic component), either in the infusion process and wet lay up laminating .
