Elmoglass® H69

Impregnating varnish for glass fiber braided round or rectangular winding wires, single component, solvent containing, oven drying, high flexibility, thermal class 180 (H).  The product fulfils the directives 2011/65/EU, 2003/11/EC, 2006/121/EC

Elmoglass® V132 #

Impregnating varnish based on epoxy-/alkyd resin, for the impregnation of glass fibre braided round or rectangular winding wires, solvent containing, oven drying, high flxibility, thermal class 155 (F). The product fulfils the directives 2011/65/EU, 2003/11/EC, 2006/121/EC.

Elmotherm® EX691 P

Varnish two components B stage epoxy resin dissolved in low boiling acetate, suitable as adhesive for application on paper polyester and aluminium. High flexibility and good strength and chemical resistance.  It is suitable for use up to Class 155°C (F).
The product fulfils the directives 2002/95/EC, 2003/11/EC and 2006/121/EC.

Elmotherm® EX 790 #

B stage epoxy phenolic resin, red colour,  one component, with special inorganic fillerred pigmented dissolved in low boiling acetate suitable for application on paper, polyester and aluminium.
This product, after solvents evaporation (stage B ), is perfectly dry and usable. At the stage B the product is stable for 6 months at 25°C, 2/3 months at -40/+40°C. The roll polyester film impregnated show good bond strength. In addition, the cured material displays good resistance to the effects of liquid chemicals and their vapours. It is suitable for use up to Class 180°C (H).
The product fulfils the directives 2002/95/EC, 2003/11/EC and 2006/121/EC.

Elmotherm® VF 390

Saturating varnish, two components, no filled based on epoxy resins suitable for impregnating of paper and similar. The product gives to these materials  goods thermo mechanical and chemical properties

Elmotherm® VF 398

Saturating varnish two components with special inorganic fillers and pigmented,  red colour based on epoxy resins suitable for impregnating of paper. The product gives to these materials very good thermo mechanical properties It is used for impregnation of electrical support such us Nomex and DMD. Good film formation with excellent chemical resistance and good adhesion. The product fulfils the directive 2002/95/EC, 2003/11/EC and 2006/121/EC.
