Global coordination:

Global meetings to use synergies

Because of our decentralized structure, the communication between and coordination of our locally independent operation departments is crucial. For this reason, the key managers in the areas of research, technology, and innovation meet regularly.

Technical Steering Committee (TSC)

The R&D directors of ELANTAS’ sites come together for TSC meetings several times a year to discuss the progress of global projects, to define new global projects, and to determine which projects are to be finished. In addition, TSC meetings are a platform to exchange information about important local projects, to arrange research visits of employees at other sites, and to discuss our patent applications as well as the patents of our competitors.

Operational Steering Committee (OSC)

The production heads and site managers come together at the biannual OSC meetings to exchange information about new production technologies, EHS approaches, and production methods, as well as to compare the efficiency of the sites. OSC meetings are also used to discuss, compare and evaluate investments planned at the individual sites.
