We want our managers to be entrepreneurs. They are given a high degree of entrepreneurial freedom. At the same time, however, they have a high degree of entrepreneurial responsibility for meeting agreed targets and continuing a successful development of the business.
The principles of delegation and decentralized management. apply to all of our companies. Competencies should be centralized as little as possible but as much as necessary.
We work together as a team but just one person carries the responsibility for the result.
An important component of management is a culture of challenging. This consists of the active challenging of the employee's actions, but also of asking others to continually challenge one's own work.
We expect our managers to set an example within our organization, in particular by living up to our values.
