Cooperation and communication

Living innovation

We regard change as an opportunity and are prepared to leave familiar paths when doing our work. Our work should therefore be organized to allow room for creativity and innovation.

Innovation is not limited to research and development, but applies to every process in the organization. Each of us must continually search for ways of making improve-ments in all areas.

We are willing to discuss new ideas and take calculated risks. This also requires the courage to accept setbacks and mistakes. If mistakes are made, we must learn from them. This means accepting responsibility and not covering up mistakes which could damage our company.

Quality and productivity

Our competitiveness is decisively affected by quality and productivity.

Quality is neither an end in itself nor the task of the Quality Assurance department alone; instead it means that the structure of the products and services we offer is at all times focused on meeting customer requirements. Quality therefore requires the continuous participation of all of us.

Productivity is the relationship between the products and services we provide for our customers and the cost that we incur in doing so. We want to continuously improve this relationship and therefore avoid any waste of money, time and materials.
