Production

Cleanness, high efficiency and consistence have been the elementary requirement of ELANTAS Tongling Siva on manufacturing of wire enamels. In order to achieve the target, ELANTAS Tongling Siva has installed qualified equipment accompanied by adequate guidelines.

By 2000, the new installed facilities had already achieved 25000 tons of annual capacity, while the figure before 1999 was only 4000 tons per year. In 2004, a total amount of 20000 tons of wire enamels were supplied to customers both in China and abroad.

• Equipment: Design and manufacturing of the synthesis reactors and dilution reactors are based on latest drawings from Europe and USA, with consideration for the need of products features and large-scale production. All these make consistent and even production possible.
• Control: Computer-based automation
• Raw Materials: Liquid raw materials are stored in large capacity storage tank.
• Products: Maximum 40 tons of batch production and utilization of 120 ton finished goods storage tanks guarantees the consistency of delivery.
• Packing: 200 kg drums and 1 ton stainless containers.
