Tongling Siva Insulating Materials Co., LTD was founded on January 28, 1995, initially as a Joint Venture between Siva spa Italy and Tongling Jingda (Group). In 1998, the company joined ALTANA group and became 100% subsidiary of it two years later. ALTANA is a multinational pharmaceutical and chemical group listed in both the stock markets of New York (NYSE) and Frankfurt (FTSE).

ELANTAS Tongling had focused on the production and sales of high-end enamels for magnet wires industry since the very beginning of its establishment.

Thanks to the strength of ALTANA in finance and technology, ELANTAS Tongling is able to be equipped with the state-of-the-art process and facilities to achieve 25,000 tons annual production capacity. In compliance with international standard, ELANTAS Tongling has achieved certification of ISO9001 quality management system and the main products are UL approved. Consistency of products is guaranteed by the large facilities and mixing storage system, single batch can be delivered up to 40 tons.

ELANTAS Tongling is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Tongling City, the Ancient Copper Capital of China, Anhui Province. It's close to Yangtze River and not so far from the worldwide famous Yellow Mountain, joints to Hefei in North and Najing in East. Traffic is convenient.
