These products are unsaturated polyester resin bases dissolved in a reactive monomer such as styrene or vinyl toluene. Emissions are reduced in comparison to solvent based varnishes, but are present to a significant level.

These are typically low viscosity and highly reactive materials making them ideal for high productivity processes. With an ability to modify these resins, a range of final properties can also be achieved for any kind of impregnation processing plant.

Monomer free resins are specially synthesised unsaturated polyester resins that contain no monomers, solvents or reactive diluents.

They provide a significant reduction in emissions compared to varnishes and monomer containing polyester resins, with excellent tank stability. With a relatively high viscosity, some adjustment to existing equipment and processing may be required.

A high filling content in the windings is possible resulting in a high technical performance.

Low VOC unsaturated polyester resins are unsaturated polyester resin bases dissolved in reactive diluents that are non-volatile. These products provide a significant reduction in emissions compared to varnishes and monomer containing polyester resins, with excellent tank stability and viscosities that require little or no adjustment for existing impregnation processes.

A high filling content in the windings is possible resulting in a high technical performance.
