ELANTAS is led by an experienced international management team that combines a global perspective with deep, regional expertise in the electrical and electronics industry.
The management team is headed by Ravindra Kumar, President Division ELANTAS and Chairman of the Management Board of ELANTAS GmbH. He brings extensive international experience across India, Europe, and North America, along with a strong background in chemical technology, commercial strategy, and insulation‑industry operations. Under his leadership, ELANTAS continues to strengthen its position as a global market leader for insulation and protection materials.
The management focuses on operational excellence, technological advancement, sustainability, and customer proximity. The team ensures that ELANTAS solutions support the key megatrends shaping modern industries, including eMobility, energy transformation, electronics, AI, and sustainability.
