ELANTAS is led by an experienced international management team that combines a global perspective with deep, regional expertise in the electrical and electronics industry.
The management team is headed by Ravindra Kumar, President Division ELANTAS and Chairman of the Management Board of ELANTAS GmbH. He brings broad international leadership experience and a strong track record of driving growth, innovation, and business transformation across global markets.
Together with the ELANTAS team, he is focused on strengthening market leadership, deepening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable long-term growth.
Global functions
Gerd Krämer
Chief Technology Officer (CTO), leads the global technology organization of ELANTAS, driving innovation, research and development, and the advancement of sustainable, high-performance material solutions. He is also responsible for new business development, growth initiatives across the value chain from technology to sales, and the leadership of ELANTAS’ strategic growth business lines. Through these activities, he helps translate technological expertise into sustainable business growth and customer value.
Holger Wiebelhaus
Chief Financial Officer (CFO), leads the global finance and IT organization of ELANTAS. He oversees financial strategy, performance management, and governance. Holger plays a key role in supporting the company’s sustainable growth and long-term value creation worldwide.
Antonino Nastasi
Chief Operating Officer (COO), leads ELANTAS’ global operations, driving strategic transformation, business integration, and operational excellence across all regions. He fosters cross-regional collaboration and synergies while supporting regional autonomy and providing operational leadership at the divisional level. He oversees ELANTAS’s global manufacturing and supply chain network, leads sustainability initiatives, supports EH&S and Regulatory Affairs, and guides major capital investments and risk management across operations and the global supply chain.

With its global footprint and diverse customer base, ELANTAS operates through a regionally anchored management structure that ensures close market alignment and efficient operations across all major geographies. This structure allows each region to address local market needs while benefiting from ELANTAS’ global expertise and technology leadership.
The regions include:
South America
Sites in Cerquilho and Maracanaú support regional operations and customer markets, guided by regional leadership responsible for commercial and technical activities.
North America
Multiple production and R&D sites, including Olean, St. Louis, and Schenectady, operate under regional management teams overseeing commercial, operational, technical, and financial functions.
Europe & Africa
As the historic core of the business, with locations in Germany, France, Italy, and Switzerland, Europe is managed through a regional structure that coordinates manufacturing, R&D, sales, and strategic development.
India
Through the long‑established ELANTAS Beck India presence, the region operates its own leadership structure supporting one of the fastest‑growing electrical and electronics markets.
Southeast Asia
Operational sites such as Malaysia and Singapore are supported by regional managers coordinating technology, production, and customer service across Southeast Asia.
Greater China
Locations in Tongling, Zhuhai, and Shanghai form a strong regional platform serving one of the world’s most dynamic and high‑growth markets.
